bakery cookbook
Oct. 6th, 2008 11:05 pmOne of my favorite Brooklyn bakeries, Red Hook's Baked, just published a cookbook, Baked: New Frontiers in Baking. I'm tempted to buy it, but we normally eat pastry out, don't bring cakes or cookies home, and rarely bake. But when we do bake these are recipes we would enjoy. There's an interview with the owners/authors on this cupcake blog and a contest to win a copy of the book.
