me too, but noone ever knows what I am saying when I say pescetarian, and my sister says it sounds gay.

I only eat salmon and tuna though.

We enjoy a variety of species of fish. I've heard eating the same species of fish more than once a week should be avoided.

Have you tried either of these species? Turbot is delicate and best cooked or baked briefly in white wine with herbs. Talapia is thicker and more resiliant and can be prepared in a vaiety of ways.
