After staying home in air conditioning Tuesday and Wednesday, today I went to the Y and did my normal workout: half hour on ellipticals, half hour strength training, half an hour stretching and doing crunches. I normally wait until I get home to shower, because getting my compression stockings off and on is a hassle, but today it's so hot out I figured I'll just shower with them on and they'll dry by the time I get home. I felt really clean and refreshed, but 2 hours later the foot of one of the stockings is still damp (not that that's a bad thing on a day like today).
