Imagin the scientific community and their "beliefs" in the year 1200 A.D. ------ Imagine the fight people put up against the idea that the earth is not flat. ------ Imagine the information and technology explosion that occured once science and society finally realized the earth was NOT flat after all. ------ Both the scientific AND the religious community are in for a simular brain shock in the not too distant future......
back in the 11th century AD if somebody suggested that the earth wasn't flat those folks called that fantasy/ sf yet if those folks knew how to INTERPRET what they were seeing with their own eyes every day.... ------------ Me thinks today we are seeing things every day and just haven't advanced in hnowledge to INTERPRET it correctly. ----------- In the 11th century the earth was round and revolved around the sun. that was a reality...humans were unaware of that reality. ------------ there are realities that we are unaware of in our present time too. ----------- major realities. ------------ folks in the 24th century will look back at us and refer to us as primitive in knowledge......just as we call the 11th century folks primitive. ------------ consider the superstitions of prehistoric man ------------ look at all the reality checks we've had since then. there's more on the way.
