Thanks, David. For a while, I had been following all the debates about what would be constructed there and every time it seemed like they were on the verge of final approval, it fell through. Somewhere along the line I lost track of the story; I'm glad to learn that things have finally been settled and construction has started.
If you don't mind, can I ask a stupid question. Forgive my ignorance, but I was wondering who will want to work in this building on a daily basis, knowing that it will be the number one terrorist target in the US? Are they building in defenses against terrorist attacks from the air and/or ground?
