Poll: Where should we celebrate our anniversary dinner tomorrow?

Restaurants on our short list for include:
Vatan,
Dirty Candy,
Wild Ginger (which has both Manhattan and Brooklyn incarnations),
and Blossom.

They all look tasty, but Dirt Candy looks really interesting and innovative.

It does, but seating is limited, and I have special seating requirements. We're leaning towards Gobo (http://www.goborestaurant.com/west/index.htm) which I forgot to include on my previous list.

It also turns out the Dirt Candy is on vacation, So we'll dine at Gobo.
