Thanks to bug_girlx who told me about googlepages.com which offers free webspace without ads (although it can be slow to load at times--if it times out click "try again" and it should load faster the second time).

how I discovered it

I was just wishing google had equivalent to geocities before yahoo bought, it so I typed in google website, and it just appeared. I have found it very fast, but I did not do as complex a layout.
