I generally do not like Poodles, especially not toy or mini ones. The other day at the vet's we saw a Poodle/Golden Retriver mix that was gorgeous! He was a creamy white color with relaxed curly hair and he was BIG, probably 70 pounds or so. My kind of dog.

But too big for an apartment. Shoshana has made it clear that she really has no interest in a dog & if I want one I must accept all responsibility for hir. Maybe we should get a hairless cat, and bathe it frequently.

Shoshana doesn't like dogs? They are a lot of work so I would definitely think twice before getting one. Cats aren't much less work. Hairless ones are odd looking. All together the dogs, the cats and the fishtanks are a lot of work but I love them all. Especially the dogs and cats. The fishtanks are pretty to look at but you can't snuggle up with them.
