(Earlier post) The pathology report shows that there are malignant cells, but they are B cells not T cells, and they are cutaneous not sub-cutaneous. He will discuss treatment options with one or more oncologists, but the likely treatment is radiation, and the prognosis is hopeful. We're all somewhat relieved; it could have been a lot worse.

Thank goodness it's not the worst-case scenario! Waiting to learn the test results must have been agonizing. I hope the radiation does the job.

Either they'll burn it (radiation) or cut out more tissue or both. I'm sorry he'll have to endure that, but at least now we are hopeful. Thanks, Laurie.
