health update
Dec. 22nd, 2008 08:46 pmI took my last Cipro today and saw my urologist. During the exam my genitals were still quite sensitive to his touch; he said Shoshana and I should wait another 24 hours before resuming conjugal relations. He explained that the epididymis has numerous microscopic channels in which bacteria like to hang out, and I should not be surprised if I experience another relapse (in which event I should email him immediately at any hour, and he will get back to me on his blackberry). His parting Hanukah gifts to me were undated RXs for antibiotics and reminded me to bring some along when Shoshana and I travel to Jacksonville at the end of next month.
