It's a nice little shul. It's a pity there isn't a community to support it, but we, the children and grandchildren of that generation have become farther flung.
It's sad, the way the Catskills have changed, but inevitable. I vacation in Northern Minnesota and go to shul in south Minneapolis. Aunts, Cousins, Friends have all found their way to corners of the globe, except my High School friend Franny, who is raising a family of her own in her family's ancestral apartment in Maspeth.
