Sometimes I like light entertainment, too. I don't think everything has to be great art or literature. It's okay if movies and books just entertain for a couple of hours. (as long as the people who create them know that's what they're doing, you should know your audience) When I vacation in the summer, I choose what I refer to as "beach books." Nothing heavy or too serious or that requires too much thinking, those are for other times, just something that allows me to be entertained.
